Yano Can't find exact time for this, but I remember it being around 46-47 minutes. Learnt our lesson from the previous year and got off to a good start this time. Felt pretty fit, it was only a month until my first marathon. The day after the race I ran a brilliant 18 mile training run from Mar Lodge to Braemar and back :)
