Yano 1st time doing the parkrun and enjoyed it. Not a flat course but still PB potential because you get to fly down the big hill twice. Only 2nd 5k I've ever run, last was in 2007 when I was just a few seconds quicker. Pleased with the time, 28th out of 311.
