Evil Rich the Dog Dazer 4.5m uphill race! Tough, and that's an understatement. Very small field meant plenty of space, a target up ahead and a runner who I could constantly hear just behind. Warm at the bottom, cool and drizzly on top. Fell on the flatter section near the top and got a bloody knee. Didn't feel like I ran that well.....but 1st MV40!!! :-) And very proud of Kirsten for running ALL the way (more than I did) and actually doing a race with so few running....2nd lady!! Brilliant day out, enhanced by wonderful people and 4 bottles of beer, a box of chocolate biscuits and 3 pairs of running socks as prizes. I LOVE BEING IN SCOTLAND!!
