RunningBob This is a nice race about half road, with the rest trail / canal / fields. The 10k marker is famously about 500m before the finish. Got a cold but still running as it is just good fun. Pleased enough with 4th but should have dug in for 3rd.

Wheabs Pulled my calf muscle after 3k, stopped for a while but was then able to continue (but slower). Very sore now so will be resting this week. Interestingly I'm only 1 min slower than last year!
