Baza Oh that was fun :-) mud glorious mud for at least the 1st mile and a bit, and then we got it on the way back too. At least the 'mens' changing had brand new showers installed...lol Good feed afterwads too. Felt good till the last mile, no after effects in the legs from yesterdays run. More annoyed at not breaking 40mins. Well done Wee County Harriers - brilliant event as always

davie y Absolute disaster. Felt unwell before the race but ran it anyway. Realised within first 100 yards that i wasnt up to the task but soldiered on to the end . A full 6 minutes outside p.b.spent the rest of day in bed recovering.

PentlandPounder What an excellent route. Glad I did this, considering this time yesterday I didn't know it existed. Just outside PB - Mud probably didnt help (it was a quagmire in places) but splits show why - slow first 2 miles, prob due to narrow tracks and little opportunity to overtake ( see what I've done there - its other peoples fault I didnt PB ;o) ). A few fetchies dotted about too

SooWoo Reckon I picked a great race for my first Scottish race (moving to Stirling area in April 2009). Didn't know what to expect when I overheard a girl in the loos saying one of the juniors slipped into the river during their race!!
