Greenman Cloudy & cool conditions, ideal for running but a bit miserable for spectators. I wasn't sure about the 5 O'clock start but after finishing in 1:23 it obviously doesn't have an adverse effect.

SPKoF Tough course. 1 mile flat then climbing gentle>steep for 6 miles. Undulating for a few before dropping back down to the 1 mile flat finish straight. Not entirely sure how that PB happened on a tough course. Perfect weather this year but no more sports bottles with water - just plastic cups now.

RunningRev WWWOOOOOWWW!!! Nearly 3 minutes faster than my target time, AND over 10 mins faster than my last time. Utterly the worst corse ever with a 2 Mile ALL UP HILL stretch! I began to have difficulty breathing from the 11 mile point so had to concentrate on not panicing and not letting it lead to an attack! 2FF will vouch for this that I was saying up the last big hills,
