Hampton Was really motoring nicely - but that last three miles was very tough! Still a PB though!

Boba didnt go to plan at all. ran the first mile 6:30 realising i had started too fast slowed to 7 m/m for the next 6 or 7 until my legs finally gave up on me at mile 8, and had to struggle to the finish on empty. that combined with doing too much the day before and not eating enough made for a bad run. try again next time. good course and nice weather, if a bit breezy sorry for any bets lost.

FML A change in prediction from 2:15 to 2:10, but after a strong 10 miles on 16/3, if conditions are good hoping for my 2008 goal for 2:05!. A new pb but not quite the time I was hoping for as folded like a pack of cards over the last 3 miles into a head wind. 10 miles at 1:38, 34.5 mins for last 3 miles. Still plenty of work to do to get 2008 goal
