Friday Evening Race Series - One Mile

Baza Good run tonight. 40odd runners for the race on what was a glorious evening - not sure of position yet, I'll find that out later. Ankle still nigging though, currently sitting with a glass of wine in hand and a pack of ice on the ankle. Just managed to hold of Carnegie Lass who was closing me down rapidly. NB: I must have been 11th tonight going by CL's report, even closer than i thought though!.

Son of a Pronator Man Great night for a run - bright and warm sunshine. The first one miler of the year, and its always an intense experience. 400m downhill, 800 uphill then 400 down again. Always delighted to pss the statue, that means the climb is over and its is a lung bursting sprint to the finish.
