NordRunner Wet, cold, fairly breezy. Wasn't going to race this one so started at 75% or so maxHR. Gradually increased this. In the middle section 10 to 14 km very technical and some steep uphills. Started hitting the 90s here and decided to stay at the 90 to 92% mark for the rest of the race. Had a sauna and a beer after which reallt knocked me out. Mags went off route by about a km so I doubled back and ran in with her for an extra km or so.
