About this parkrun
We ran the winter route which is 4 laps on tarmac firm trails and a bit of grass, road shows will be fine. Very friendly and the parkrun special is still happening in the cafe.BlueArmy 9th Nov 2019
3 and a half laps either uphill or downhill with very little flat. Mixed terrain. Very friendly, well marshalled, and just a short warm up from Booths car park.

3.5 laps with a mixture of pretty much every surface. Recently (autumn 2024) laid park perimeter path removes the worst but still likely to be wet/muddy in places - trail shoes preferable unless it's been dry for a while. Small cafe

Mix of tarmac, gravel path and rubber matting down a slope. Now stays within Ford Park. Road shoes ok as it's now all hard pack track. 4 laps so ok if you don’t mind laps. Well signed and marshalled.
