MartyK Fairoaks Five - A cracking little rail race. I started off quite quick (saw I was at 6:53 min miles at one stage), but that reduced slightly after 1.5 miles when I got to the first little hill. Then the race went from grass onto mud trails which was normally ok but at about 3.75 miles the trail turned right and the directions weren't very good so ended up running an extra 100m and losing a couple of places. The last mile was very muddy and full of large puddles so I just had to run through them. Finished 21st out of a field of 102.
