About this parkrun

Popular course with first and last miles on asphalt cycle paths. Middle section is on grass around uni rugby pitches, but course is flat and fairly quick. No dogs allowed on account of sports fields. 400m walk to scanning location at climbing centre.

Nice and flat but with a muddy field half way round where I got a new max HR 😁

Flat parkrun, but takes in a couple of grassy fields, which can get muddy. Don't expect to get a PB
