JulesR GB Age Groupers - likely to finish last....but will enjoy the weekend. **Update** Sorry betters but bike leg was 5k long so there goes the extra 10 mins on the prediction. Great weekend in GB colours. Overall 37/69 Swim 30:44 58/69 T1: 2.11 38/69 Bike: 1:20:32 33/69 T2: 1:18 Run: 40:42 22/69. Slow swim with backmarkers on M shaped course, good bike on mostly flat 45k course - lost a bit on second lap uphill but pretty strong throughout, great flying dismount! Run was lazy on first out, but speeded up on first back and whole seconf lap finishing strongly.
