Maclennane Nice race - not as flat as I was led to believe, and i panicked when I missed the 1K marker so went out far too fast. Contrary to pre-race reports, everyone was timed in, there were two water stations not one. All in all a good day out.

mikeharrison Great run and a PB by 1min 40sec so very pleased. Pacing still a bit off as went off way too fast at the downhill start and suffered towards the end. A little muddy in places but guess this is mainly a trail/woodland run so no complaints. Very well organised and marshalled for an event that is not run by a running club. It's appreciated when a lot of people not necessarily associated with running give up their morning on a Bank Holiday so thanks to them!
