Boots New Course Record. On a scale of 1-10 I'd give this run a 6. I was hoping for perhaps a little quick, closer or under 18:40 would have been good. Had a really rough patch from just before the out-an back, to just coming back towards the ice cream van. Lost about 15/20 seconds there as I was really tight and stiff. Finished very quickly though. On the whole was alright, with some positives to take away.

CookPassBabtridge Hope to get picked for this, Notts have 2 teams in it. Didn't run the midland due to holidays but hope to run quicker than 19.05. Quickest time on this course.
