Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,

Baza Late place in a team, so if this is 4.7mile as per the race instructions, then I'm up for this...*Update* Brilliant day and a well organised event. Enjoyed my run, consistent sub 6min mile, started the leg joint 3rd before the other teams last runner dropped me after 1.5mile. Managed to catch the last runner of the team that set of in 1st place though at about 24.5, moving us into 3rd place overall. Held on to the finish. Team finished as 3rd relay team on the day. As for the team prize, I'm not moaning about it, but surely vouchers or similar would have been better for a relay team of 4 instead of a weekend break for 2!!! Well done everyone today though.....

Big Al Widepants I'll be trying to get as near 36 as I can. Started well although missed the mile markers at 22 and 23 so the first indication of pace was at 2.5 miles - 16.50. That's quick for me so I slowed a bit so as to have a little for the finish. Managed the last mile and a bit in 7.25s. Bouncy track 100m from the finish was a bit of a nightmare.

Billy-Whizz-Haining Late entry, looking forward to it. Update: Started the finale leg in second position thanks to some cracking early running by the rest of the team, and i was surprised to over take the first runner with 2 miles to go so from then on it was just a case of hanging on to the lead which i managed to do so thanks and well done to all my team mates.
