bedlam_g Best shape ever and weather looking good. No excuses not to go sub 80 this time. ***UPDATE*** Sub 1.20 - check. Would have been Sub 1.19 if the group I was in group hadn't gone off course and had to back track after 10 miles. Amazing day great course & 5th place overall. Nice to meet everyone and well done to Bodo and Tigger on there PBs.

Big Al Widepants This is the big sub 1.40 attempt of the year now I've got the failed sub 3.40 mara attempt out of the way..UPDATE: Sadly another collapse after halfway. Kinda on track for 1.40 (30 secs out) at 6.55 miles. Put in a series of 8.xx after the turn. Legs like lead. Struggling.

Son of a Pronator Man Will be making a serious effort for sub 90 on this course - weather permitting. +++Update++++ A fantastic day of weather and a great course left me no excuses for falling just short of my target. I was tiring from 10 miles on, holding on but slowing. Next year sub 90 shall be mine.
