Phil_N Went off far too quickly from the start. Had a twinge in my back which made for some uncomfortable running in the middle section and slowed me right down. Really enjoyed the descent from Grindslow Knoll and managed to gain a few places that I lost earlier on. Still room for improvement and will be back next year after a bit more training.
