heval PB by 31 seconds for me so doing the course the week before evidently helped! :) Big long hill at end so would have been tough otherwise. Was on the third leg and the second leg runner was at the back by quite a way so was relieved when caught one girl! Towards the end overtook another however she had a much quicker sprint finish than me; knew there was no-one behind her for a way so didn't push it as hard as i could, which is annoying as had i kept time in mind as well as placing i could have broken 13mins! Ah well maybe next year ;)
