Baza Tricky course but enjoyable. Nice warm up for Aviemore. Felt harder than last year and I think I was slightly slower. *Update* I was actually 55 seconds quicker than last year... happy now!

cake muncher Ran 1st leg 'B' team. Got caught up in eyeballs out start, grimly hanging on for final 2 miles. Not a very pleasant feeling but a decent enough time.

May Whoooosh!!!started of rather fast...but happy to take race out for first half as no one else was..put in mega effort...2nd half was not laugh a min by any means....hung on was shot to bits by end with the effort...need to learn tactics..to see if different outcome..never listened to coach advise that was meant to take it easy first mile..but could niot help myself...live n learn!!!good result for out team 9th: )

toepointer Now feeling very tired, after 2 races on successive weekends, and still not got any improvement in fitness yet. Feel quite stoical though. Unfortunately my club was only able to field first and second leg runners for this so we finished an incomplete team, despite my poor time I didn't lose any places from the first leg runner. Nearly a minute slower than last year.
