Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,

gtwhitton East District XC at Livingstone - must have been quite a bit longer than the 5.4 miles put down on here I would think. Probably went off too fast on the first lap and struggled on the next two. Seemed to get passed by hundreds of runners and really struggled for energy. Finished 1 1/2 minutes behind Dan 1006.

daviec Good controlled race but was actually 6 miles not 5.4
Decent XC course, mostly firm and some trail sections with some good climbs and decents.

HappyG(rrr) That was fun. Started 6th out of 6 Harmeny, picked up and did each of 3 laps quicker. Fun way to race. Also 30s quicker than 2 years ago on same course (less muddy this time tho?) And it was 5.9 miles, not 5.4. 5.4 was old course when it was a different loop. :-)G

Dan1006 Enjoyed the conditions today. The grass in most parts was firm in most places though on the verge of being heavy in some. Very little mud that I can remember and the woods were quite fun. Didn't worry about my time and managed to focus on trying to catch people up instead. Well organised as well and a good atmosphere. It seems now that my time for 5.4 miles wasn't that great but that the distance was closer to to 6 miles which doesn't seem so bad.
