toepointer Another cheerful trip in the AAC bus down to Kirkcaldy. 63rd out of 104 (50th. last year), 9 seconds slower than last year but conditions were better. I like this course, a lovely clear cold day and not much mud. 5 way sprint finish! Definately getting stronger, still slightly bizarre feeling of being able to push a bit harder and then getting tired as a result, stayed in touch with runners up ahead but currently unable to go any faster to peg them back.
