Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Boab Underperformed a little today, but I know why. Having said that, these races attract a different class of runner and it was a tough course. Thoroughly enjoyed it though!!! Mud everywhere.

Enigma I felt pretty bad during this race. My frist cross country since school and not hugely enjoyable. I didn't feel very strong from the start, lacking in energy and my breathing was all over the place.
Conditions were extremely muddy in places.
Strangely, I'm quite pleased with the time, 4 mins off my previous 5 mile PB which was a road race!

Fat Boy Felt as if I ran quite well today playing 52nd from 290 finishers in this opening fixture in the East District CC League. Good course with plenty mud and woodland trails. Finished 6th counter in the Carnegie team that placed 4th overall. Good race with Magoo who was just a few seconds behind me.
