Scouse Bird Brill 1st Triathlon , deffo doing it again I am hooked! brill brill brill!!!!! Fantastic 120% support from my matess to!!! x x x x x Well guys I did it! REAL TIME!!!! 1hr 42 minutes and so many seconds! Yay my swim was well fast 9 minutes instead of my 15.3.. WLL WELL chuffed with my ikle old self x x x So did it all under my predicted times! whoop whoop!

Wilderj This was my first triathlon, but it certainly wont be my last. I assume that transitions were included in the times so I was well under my PB for the 5k. Very well organised event.
