Grey Badger Straight off night shift and legs a bit tired from run 2 days ago so just used it as a fast recovery run. Very flat course on grass. Quite a big entry.

Running Beard This is my first 5k so worried about getting the pace right as I generally am just warming up by mile 2.5! Great weather - well supported race and really enjoyed running with my lad (Hamsterhair)

Gasheader Never run a 5k before so first PB of 2008 ***Update****Pleased with time , will be back next year for another go , perfect conditions very flat . Freindly race very well organised with only a handfull of runners over 22 felt very geriatric . will try to get my sons to run with me next year.

Lisrun All on grass (apart from a footbridge). All flat. This will be my third time. *Update* new pb so very pleased !! Great spring weather, sunny, no wind. Good to see lots of other fetchies !
