shoeless I didn't come last! Actually, I was a bit gutted about that. Missed my predicted time by a mile, but it was super windy (or, at least it felt it to me - but then I'm not very aerodynamic...). Plus, I have suspicions that if you can joke with the marshalls on the way round you're probably not pushing yourself hard enough. But this is the first 5k I've done without stopping to walk once! (well, OK, I did once - but that's only b/c I'm yet to master the fine art of drinking from a small plastic cup while running...) Overall, must try harder. Enjoyed it though - lovely way to spend a Wednesday evening... Well done Dulwich Runners!!
