About this parkrun
Flattish out'n'back on tarmac paths , slightly down hill on the way out & slight incline on the way back but a potentially fast course . Good carpark & cafe , toilets open from 8amwAckie Racer 8th Feb 2020
A lovely out and back on a blowy day. Super friendly volunteers. Storm Dennis made an appearance with rain at the start and a bit of wind on the way back in, but who could care when you run through Old Hag Wood?

31.36 on watch. Simple out and back course, slightly down for first half, a bit exposed, but still a potential PB course.

Seemingly flat on tarmac out and back. Back was tougher that I was expecting, wind did not help. Potentially fast course.
