Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Baza Team Captain again this year and Leg 1 for me too, ran all the legs before so I know what coming. We've got a decent mixed team but ain't got any expectations, this is more for team building than anything else.

bedlam_g Bella RR B team - Leg 2 My time 30m 10s
A heavy cold made the whole day tough going, if it hadn't been a relay i'd have pulled out. Ran well enough and helped our B team to 10th overall.

Russell M Leg 3 for me again this year. 1hr 18min last year so looking to knock a good few minutes of it this time round... **UPDATE** Had a great day running this with the guys from Motherwell but the start of this leg was hellish for me. I don't know if it was that I wasn't warmed up enough but my thighs were like lead all the way up Bishop Hill. It took another five minutes after getting onto the more level ground before I could start to shift at a decent pace! Enjoyed the descent before West Lomond and the climb up didn't seem as bad as I remebered from last year. Came off West Lomond at a good pace and managed to pick up several places from there to the end of the leg but even that didn't make up for the poor start. Great day all in though :)
