_andy Steep pull out of Portmoak, good route chosen below the tops of White Craig, although this did involve an exposed snow slope where a fall would have had serious consequences. Managed to get the first checkpoint (just!) and the direct descent from Bishop Hill was challenging (maybe followed others a bit far to the right?) but took back a few places during this downhill. Ascent of West Lomond felt like hard work but the descent was ok, although the steep snowy gully on the north side was a bit interesting and the endless contouring under the crags meant for no decent running for a bit. Great finish through the forest, mostly downhill.
