SPKoF My first county XC champs. Very tough course compared to other XCs I've done. with so many races on the same course over the day it was reallly churned up. Very muddy indeed. I sadly have to admit that I was lapped by 1st and 2nd.

Is@@c Mud, mud glorious mud ! Got back from 24oC in Tenrife 10 hours before the race, really enjoyed it - finished 20th vet and even beat my coach !
