Pricey Went off quick but chest not right due to a cold so didn't run that well. Good training session at th every least.

sLickster Was just looking for a tempo run at goal 10k pace (so 3.54/km). Also would work with CC2 to help her aim for first sub-20. 3.55 first km, then CC2 took off clearly feeling strong 3.52 km, 3.49 third km, then I took on the pace as there was a group going a bit steady, 3.49 fourth km, then 3.43 final km. 19.15 in the end. Pleased with how comfortable it felt!
