Ally2 2nd. led for first 2k then winner led from turn. held off james douglas at finish. Course weaved around a tight roundabout in the dark twice and through metal railings in the dark twice so 10 secs lost maybe so pleased with 23sec pb

Mountainmat Having just run a mile at much faster than warmup pace, I felt tired on the start line. Consequently the finishing time, a 43 second pb was rather a shock.
