DERBYRUNNER with my daughter being born last month, I am sleep-starved and under-trained. Will be happy to do predicted time and blow cobwebs out. If anyone wants me to bring anything to this race, phone me.

Lethargic PB by 19 secs, good run as undedcided to race until a few hours beforehand. Splits 3.07, 3.13, 3.20, 3.07, 3.07 Was following a female runner towards the cone/turn and she failed to stop and sorta followed her and idnt make the turn, urhhhhh.

marshallini splits- 3:17.99 - 3:24.43 - 3:40.91 - 3:27.40 - 3:33.29. . A PB and I enjoyed the run but still a bit disappointed the turn around destroyed my time
