About this parkrun

Out and back course with a loop round the boating lake at the far end. (Occasional winter variant out, back, out, back) Nearly all paved with 200m of grass in each direction. Slightly downhill going out, gives uphill drag coming back. Parking and WC.

Fast and flat, out and back course with two variants, season dependent. Easy to find, good parking and facilities. Road shoes will be fine as mainly all on tarmac.

New course 2024 - starts just north of the boating lake. Around the lake, then north across the stream and on to the playing fields, under the road and back on to tarmac all the way to Northfields. Turn around and retrace your steps.
Can be muddy.
