Wally Hopefully have enough left to do this in about 20 minutes after the 10km! Well I did it! Hard work after the 10k but at least the weather brightened up for the 5k! Finished 7th - one place away from getting my first ever individual running prize (in 16 years of trying) unfortunately :-(

Running Caz Good run, undulating course but managed to come in 6th female OR 2nd lady (once you take out the under 15's). Got to shake the Lord Mayors hand and recieved a £5 voucher as a prize. Not bad a fter a 17M run yesterday :-)
