gilly b Tough wee race, mostly off road. Legs felt heavy and struggled round. Overall happy enough but should have done better!

Sunbed Athlete Won this tough trail race for a record 6th year in a row. Course best time for myself by 15 seconds. Led from the off and found breathing difficult.It was bitterly cold,sunny and windy and was last blast effort before next week's marathon.
