Scar Tissue Warm day. Not bad took it fairly easy for the first 5k then worked hard coming back slightly slower than last year but probably a little bit more in the tank if pushed.

MAD Superman not really a course for a pb - mostly offroad with a few tough hills. XC across field and trails. Had a good run. knew I was running well but didn;t think I'd get a pb. Felt good throughout apart from the last km up that hill. Should be able to go sub 38 if I can find the right course. Finished 7th and won the team prize.

ironman went hard from the start, was around 10th till 8 k then dropped off. got a PB for 10k also but it wont count-bugga. as last year nice little race well organised. well done jakey on your thrid place and 1st under 21 prize.. dad
