Mindspace Extremely hot - 32 degrees of sunshine. This is a punishing run with one section of ascent at 33%. Last year I came 49th/96and 12th in my class in 55.38. This year I managed 83rd/135 19th in my class in 56.59. Given the fact that I missed out on 5-6 weeks training in June and July due to a toe operation, that's ok. I want to break 55 mins next year though!
