Running Fish ho-hum! felt like it should have been quicker than this. hurt by the slight undulations from 10miles on. will have to have a good look at training programme, as shorter race distances say i should be comfortably sub 1:20 for half, but that seems a long way away. still it was a pb by over 30s, and picked up a pot for 3rd vet, so cant be too sad.
