Alex Patton 132/423 - A course PB by four minutes so pleased with that. Good weather again (apart from a bit of hail on the decent of the old man) and managed to get the decent route right this year which probably accounted for a minute or so. This being my first fell race for 11 months, the decents were tentative, so must have made time on the uphills. Very pleasing considering I've done no hill training at all! 56:00 at the top of Swirl How and CR+40%
