hammerite 2 lap course, took it easy after the previous two days and all seemed like a nice training run in the country until 4.5/11 miles when I was like Bambi on ice slipping in the mud. Worse of all was the nasty up hill muddy section at 5.5/12 miles had to walk to make sure I got through without going flying! Nice run though, was very tired towards the end, but very pleased I managed it. 2nd worse half time ever, but given the lack of training, the terrain and the previous 2 days I can't really complain.
