About this parkrun

The Gruffalo course! Scenic woodland and very hilly, with two flat loops of a small lake. Testing course but very much recommended. Great atmosphere, very welcoming and the cafe is very good.

Hilly. Tarmac paths on hilly route. Most of the hills seem to go up,even though you start and end at the same place. Hilly. As you run up the hills you will reach a small pond,two laps of it, wave at the ISS and thank your Sherpa. Hilly.Very friendly

Very good challenging parkrun, tough climb for a mile, flattish for a mile, fast steep descent to finish. All in Colin Glen forest park, tarmac/ gravel path. Can be slippy in wet/winter.
