LDP Shouldn't have worn a sweatshirt. Got really uncomfortable after 4 miles. Really please to get a PB for the 10k. Perfect to start the new year with.

NellyMarcos Running this with OH, his first 10K. We will probably head for about 1hr 10 ish unless I can push him a bit faster - I pushed well done I'm proud of you Marshalls were fantastic, only small grumble was that a 10k race was marked in miles???
