GD Weird - had no intention of going for a PB, but somehow got one by 4 secs! It was windy, and there was grass involved (not a fan of running on grass - too tiring!) All was set for a sub-44 min, then just went for it over the last 2K, and was amazed with the time. Looking forward to (hopefully) doing the rest of the series. Seemed a well-organised event, and despite being laps (3), I quite enjoyed it. Almost entirely flat, with a small climb on each lap.
