Biastai Oh what went wrong? I was up for sub 18:30 until the last K and I slowed drastically. Never mind! Still a great paced Fiver and good for a PB. Except when raining and windy obviously :-)

Cliffy tc PB but could I have gone harder - felt great after. 1st mile - 7.31, 2nd - 7.29, 3rd - 7.26. Getting faster with every mile!! :-)

Marcus Lovely wet night for it - I do like running in the rain, especially as the wind held off. Steady all the way really, started passing runners at about 1.5K to the finish. Too much left at the end and really should have gone a bit quicker but no complaints at all despite missing a PB by 2 seconds! Always enjoy this race whatever the weather and excellent again tonight.
