About this parkrun

A lovely trail rollercoaster through the woods, every climb is paid back with a long downhill . Free carpark near the start/ finish but no toilet facilities

Figure if eight trail route. Sharp uphill after half a mile followed by a long downhill. Another sharp uphill than a flattish/very gentle incline to the finish. They don’t get a big attendance here (average around 50 runners per week). Very friendly.
