KatieB LOL...got lost..oh dear...I can laugh now but was gutted at the end of the race and had to fight hard to get back to 4th. Really pleased with how I ran, felt strong and pushed the last mile and a bit hard. I really am unbelievable at getting lost.

Smile2 Felt like I had smoked 20 bensons - really happy with my pace on the off - if only I could have sustained that I would have gone sub 24 but just could not hold out at the end. Still a pb for me and very happy with my first 62% wava + nearly a minute faster than my 1st Chick Chase some few weeks ago :)
