Lisrun 2 laps of a flat course mainly in the park by the Riverside cricket ground, so it wasn't really a road race. Followed the river most of the way and then a short part through a housing estate - a very enjoyable route. Quite warm although the sun was not out and there was a bit of a wind. Ran with Stuart for the second lap. Pleased with the time when compared to last week and I felt much better.
