Jonny Really enjoyed this event, one of the best I have run with a nice small turn out. The weather was perfect, if a little on the warm side and the scenery was superb. There were a few steep but short hills making almost all the course 'runable'. Started to suffer from cramp just above my knees after about 14 miles. It spread to my hamstrings after 20 miles. The last 3 miles were quite a struggle. My legs didn't ever really feel tired out there, it was just the cramp that held me up. Also got a bit burnt by the sun.

Naomi P Part 2 of my birthday double weekend, I'm going to be mashed by the end of this. But there'll be champagne and cake to look forward to! This was a corker, loved it, and the Bustinskin guys are great. If I did this on fresh legs I'd easily take 30 minutes off the time, fingers crossed it's back on next year.
