Kev Scone lovely race, very flat , will be back next year and will be knocking a big chunk off todays time, but a nice loosener

Nicko tapered ojk this week and rested. put a couple of hill sessions in recently. Hopefully will improve on previous 2 times 41.55 (2008) and 42.08 (2010). Went very well far better then expecting.

phippseh Not the best course for a road race as there is a lot of trail/track to contend with. Also not flat as advertised, a few fairly steep although short inlines and descents.

Whoever New course with more inclines and starting at the opposite end compared to previous Chernobyl 10kms. Seemed better to get the hills out of the way in the first half. Had sore right leg tendons so didnt push too hard, pleased with time though. Good race, well organised
